C's First Dance Recital

It is amazing how fast time flies. It seems like just yesterday we were watching C take her first steps and now she comes home from school and shows us her newest dance steps. We attended her very first dance recital at the Wortham a couple of weekends ago and to be honest we all had bets on what our sweet C was actually going to do. Mike didn’t even think she would go on stage, and I thought she would go on stage and suck her thumb. We (Grammy, Poppy, Marmo, Daddo, Daddy and I) were very excited to see her come out… and stand there for three dances. For those of you who know my C this is a big accomplishment for the little one who does a LOT of observing. Maybe next year she will actually sway a little bit. :) Here are some pictures of our Bubble Bee (the tiny one in the middle), Lightning Bug (the one in the back), and Butterfly (looking down to make sure she is on her spot).
