I hope everyone had a restful holiday. There hasn’t been much going on because of all the rain. We headed to LP and my sweet C even had a chance to get in the pool. We left around 9:00 and had a great view of all of the fireworks the entire trip around the beltway. Poor C doesn’t like them at all. She spent most of the ride with her hands covering her ears even though you couldn’t hear the fireworks. Luckily I had the Doodle Bops CD in the radio ready to go and that helped her fall asleep. This picture is from the Red, White, and Blue parade they had at day care. We are very lucky to have such a great place for C. She loves it and talks very highly of all of her teachers. Thank goodness since they are helping me raise my child!
